<p>『牛花USHIHANA』從台北到台中綻放，承襲一貫的無菜單和牛割烹精神，以職人炭火燒肉、日本和牛的百變姿態，及細膩平衡的燒肉美學，正式進駐台中公益路。</p>
<p>主理人莊協霖(Jason Chuang)歷練於多家知名燒肉品牌，並擁有中、西、日式料理的深厚經驗。他表示，不同品牌的日本和牛，如同百花綻放，有些奔放濃郁，有些細膩優雅，有些則藏著赤身獨有的深層肉香。以「牛花 USHIHANA」為名，更能詮釋和牛多元而細膩的魅力，而真正高級的和牛從來不是只剩油脂，而是吃到最後，依然讓人意猶未盡的不膩口。</p>

<p>牛花以和牛無菜單料理為核心，依照季節肉況與主廚選肉邏輯，不定期更換菜單。不同於傳統燒肉，強調油脂衝擊與入口即化，牛花更著迷於赤身部位，細緻且耐人尋味的肉香。套餐設計以赤身為主軸，搭配適量油脂部位巧妙穿插，在濃郁與清爽之間取得平衡，讓每一道和牛保有香氣、層次與尾韻，順而不膩口。此外，Jason更將中、西、日式料理技法融入燒肉之中，透過分切、熟成、醬香與火候控制，呈現和牛最優雅的姿態。</p>
