<p>加班族快收藏！台中北屯的丹水滾鍋物近期轉型成宵夜火鍋，不僅營業至凌晨，更推出獨家進口代理的酒品，讓顧客都能邊吃火鍋邊喝酒，跳脫一般宵夜吃串燒配啤酒的思維，如此新穎的模式大受饕客好評！再也不用擔心下班後沒有食物吃，或只剩串燒、居酒屋可以選擇，快揪身邊辛苦的加班族朋友來嘗試不一樣的晚餐。</p>
<p>丹水滾鍋物北屯店在每日 21:00 後會化身為宵夜火鍋，原先提供的自助吧會關閉，並開始販售宵夜菜單，種類多樣且豐富，不只有3款招牌湯頭、滷味及炸物拼盤，還有10種以上涼拌小菜，就連酒類也有！從啤酒到高粱、威士忌及清酒，通通都能在這裡喝到，其中清酒更是店家獨家進口代理410年製酒廠的，冰鎮後飲用，入口甘醇帶有果香，是款女生也會喜歡的酒品，搭配鍋物相當適合！</p>
<p>丹水滾鍋物表示，一定要嘗試招牌麻辣鍋，使用3種以上中藥材慢火熬煮4小時而成，就連沙茶醬也是自己手炒後，再加上獨門配方所製出，口感香而不膩，搭配火鍋料非常適合，丹水滾鍋物秉持讓每位顧客都能吃鍋吃得健康的精神，堅持所有食材真材實料、用心挑選產品及品質，讓顧客享用一份健康的火鍋。</p>
