<p>發光光桿菌（photosynthetic bacteria）是一類能進行光合作用的微生物，農藥所歷經 20 年研究，終於找到了對抗蟎類的微生物剋星：光桿菌，發現其代謝物可殺死小菜蛾、菌類及蟎類。其開發與技術轉移的過程，同樣展現了透過微生物研究解決農業問題的潛力。研究證實，發光光桿菌對葉蟎的防治效果極佳，且對人體及哺乳類動物無害，對蜜蜂及蟎類天敵也無害，展現其環境友善的特性，不僅能改善環境品質，更在農業領域展現多重功能。</p>
<p>近年來針對發光光桿菌在植物疫病和蟲害防治方面的應用研究日益受到重視。農業部農業藥物試驗所謝奉家組長與研究試驗單位，17日上午於二林鎮梅芳里妃雪木瓜農場舉辦防治植物病蟲害研究成果發表以及相關技術與成果，宣佈由台灣興農公司將其量產化，正式發表全球首款微生物殺蟎劑「蟎靈光」正式上市，目前已進行技轉，並邁向量產化，預期將能為農民帶來更具效益且環境友善的防治選擇。</p>

<p>組長謝奉家表示，國內開發出的產品是將線蟲與光桿菌分離，與寄主分離後光桿菌仍可獨立存活，雖然發光光桿菌本身活不久，不過發光光桿菌產生的代謝物為蛋白質成分，在菌株死亡後仍可作用，室溫下可儲存兩年。</p>

<p>謝奉家表示，發光光桿菌擊殺昆蟲的過程，猶如「木馬屠城記」，昆蟲病原線蟲就像進攻特洛伊城的木馬，但真正具有殺傷力的是藏在體內的光桿菌。葉蟎是讓農民困擾的小型害蟲，尤其是俗稱紅蜘蛛的神澤氏葉蟎與俗稱白蜘蛛的二點葉蟎，「公認最難除」。發光光桿菌產生的代謝物進入昆蟲體內，會破壞腸道組織，讓昆蟲腸穿肚爛而死，對於菌和蟎類也有同樣效果。</p>

<p>謝奉家說，蟎繁殖力強、世代短且容易對化學農藥產生抗藥性，嚴重危害蔬菜、果樹和花卉等作物，儘管國內現有19支化學農藥的殺蟎劑，卻仍無法有效處理葉蟎，不少農民為防治葉蟎，輪替使用殺蟎劑，常導致作物的藥物殘留量超標。</p>

<p>謝奉家表示，2025 年 1 月 3 日，防檢署已正式公告「發光光桿菌 0805-P2R 」可用於木瓜、防治葉蟎，2 月 6 日也取得生物農藥許可證，預計3月中旬上市販售。接下來還會陸續申請蔥、草莓等作物的葉蟎防治，以及有機、友善等可用資材的申請。</p>

<p>謝奉家也透露，此外，光桿菌防治對象多，未來還可申請殺蟲劑及殺菌劑，成為國內少數的多效型資材；同時也會申請有機、友善資材，讓農民多一個減少化學農藥的選擇！</p>
