<p>吳雅婷去年6月時104公斤，現在53公斤，BMI從38.3變19.5，體脂率從42.7變15.3，腰圍從95公分減到62公分，身體年齡從69歲回到27歲，內臟脂肪從22下降到1，帶來外貌及身形的蛻變，就連鄰居也懷疑「是不是阿母還有另一個女兒沒介紹過？」</p>

<p>吳雅婷笑著說，她從5XL的褲子一路縮到S，能穿進uniqlo的S碼褲子，連自己都超感動，以前她根本不逛uniqlo的，因為根本穿不進去，想買也沒辦法，只能路過。</p>
<p>其實，這不是吳雅婷第一次減重。她表示，20歲時，她靠著諾美婷瘦了35公斤，30歲時，又靠著雞尾酒藥物療法瘦了30公斤，但是，皆因為沒有落實飲食行為的內化，後來還是復胖。</p>

<p>她指出，去年她轉換單位到第一線，需要面對民眾，要她嘴上講著預防保健、癌症防治篩檢，自己卻那麼「大隻」，會感到嘴軟，講不下去，因為很多癌症、疾病都與肥胖習習相關，另一方面，隨著年紀增長，肥胖對於各器官及關節的負擔，以及對生理期及荷爾蒙的影響是真實存在的，讓她下定決心，踏上第三次的減重之旅。</p>
<p>「所有的藥物和保健品，都只是輔助，不是仙丹。」這一次，她根據院內減重班的健康飲食原則，徹底調整生活習慣。在飲食方面：以均衡飲食及原型食物為主，避免油炸與高糖食物，水果則選擇低糖品項。作息：不熬夜，維持規律作息。運動：雖然不愛運動，但仍每日堅持走路1小時以上，下雨天也穿著雨衣照樣走。補水：每日依照體重乘以40的計算方式，喝夠足量白開水，啟動代謝。心理建設：學會忍耐，面對喜歡的高熱量食物而選擇不碰。</p>

<p>她特別感謝糖尿病個管學姊，每週陪伴她測量體重，亦師亦友，給予監督與鼓勵；媽媽精心準備飲食，幫助變化菜色，成為最堅實後盾；哥哥提供無限量美式咖啡支援，提醒補充營養素；父親負責精神加油。</p>
<p>她強調，她也曾經多次懷疑自己年過40，身體機能及代謝都在下降，還有減重的能力嗎？但事實證明，只要有決心並持之以恆，40歲後仍能創造減重奇蹟。如果，你還在懷疑自己行不行？還在給自己找一堆藉口？停止吧，做！就對了！</p>

<p>她也呼籲，無論您身形是否屬於正常體位，都應該定期施作公費癌症篩檢（肺癌、乳癌、子宮頸癌、大腸癌、口腔癌）以維護自身健康。</p>
