<p><b>   擁有日本最強壽司美學藝術家之稱的橋田建二郎主廚（Kenjiro Hashida HATCH）將於9/26-9/28快閃台中飛花落院，每人/<span style="font-weight: 400;">5880 <strong>元加一成服務費，</strong></span>目前訂位踴躍座位有限，敬請手刀下手。</b></p>
<p><b>   以世代交替顛覆性的新派壽司為人所津津樂道的橋田建二郎曾與國際名廚江振誠聯手打造轟動一時的「Impossible Sushi」餐會的創新大師，將在飛花落院再次呈現融合傳統與現代的極致味覺盛宴。</b><strong>橋田建二郎主廚來自日本壽司界的名廚世家，接手了父親經營近60年的壽司名店「HASHIDA TOKYO」，並將其轉型為融合傳統與現代的「東京橋田2.0」。家族世代相傳的<b>橋田建二郎主廚</b>將一流的料理和服務，以及創作概念完美集色彩與平衡於一體，為傳統壽司建立出一套美學風格，同時又保留了正宗味道和日本高級料理的悠久傳統。他在新加坡也經營著一家已開業10年的熱門餐廳「HASHIDA Singapore」，成為饕客美食朝聖之地。</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">  今年4月，飛花落院主理人魏幸怡特別親飛新加坡，誠摯邀請<b>橋田建二郎</b>來台舉辦這次的餐會，當時橋田主廚親手遞上的那貫壽司，迄今仍令她念念不忘。為了表達彼此的重視，6月中旬<b>橋田建二郎</b>更親自來到台灣，仔細勘查飛花落院的動線和場地，並探訪了國美館、台灣茶園與製茶師陳立偉、知名陶藝家林永勝，以及秋山堂和逢甲夜市等地，為餐會進行運籌帷幄的準備與暖身。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">   這次在飛花落院的餐會中，橋田主廚將與飛花落院的主廚團隊合作，共同推出 10 道精緻料理，將傳統與創新完美融合。亮點以鮪魚中腹、柿子等食材製作的八寸，以及他極致刀工處理的鱧魚天婦羅，這些菜色充分體現了他對細節的極致追求。此外，還將帶來招牌 Otoro 鮪魚大腹握壽司與以蓮子的一生：蓮藕、蓮蓉、荷葉所製作的創意甜點，讓傳統與創新在舌尖上碰撞交融。飛花落院亦將融入秋季菜單的精華菜餚，如鮑貝蝦蟹珠寶盒、鮮茴香鱸魚凍與石斑山藥牛奶煨麵等，巧妙地將法式與日式風味融合的料理，為饕客帶來別出心裁的味覺驚豔。</span></p>
